This was the first time I dealt with the mini centre , I didn't really know what to expect. I was really pleased with how friendly and helpful everyone was.
Completely satisfied with the level of service I received. Always courteous and never pushy.
Excellent service, Stephanie (reception) and Joseph (mechanic) were particularly helpful with regard to our personal needs.
No problems at all. Initially dealt with Scott, then when he became unwell I was looked after by Will. Both salesman were helpful and not pushy at all.

When I booked the service the ladies in the service team told me about a service plan that could over a year save me money. I didn't know about that before booking and found it helpful and informative, so much do I joined up!

Whilst the issue could not be identified the brake concerned was removed cleaned and the calliper pistons checked and cleaned, reassembled and a visual health check carried out while we waited.
