I was well looked after as I waited in the garage on each visit for the repairs to be investigated and completed. It was disappointing no courtesy cars were available and/or that I could not be driven anywhere nearby by whilst I waited.
Not the garages fault but after being told my car was ready I had to wait over an hour for a delivery truck to move so my car could come out of the cleaning bay. ??
As above overall my experience was great, however my one interaction with a standing nearly made me cancel my order, regardless of impact to my self, but my Sales person returned and normal excellent service was resumed

Nobody was informing me over what was going on and i kept getting told my car would be ready to be let down and nobody rang me to inform me

booked for mot had to go across to bmw dealership to book in they said on booking it would take an hour i asked them not too wash it or vacum my car my husband was there at 9.45 for a 10.00 am booking and got my car back at 11.50
I found it easy to arrange a date convenient to myself and the service was carried out in a timely manner while I waited.

problem recently obtain price over phone to replace battery agreed over phone £165.00 when work complete was ask have you a price I said yes as above told we can not do it for that price increase bill another £40 pounds embarrassing so I paid

Difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone. Messages taken, no one called back. 13 calls to change an appointment! Loan car wasn't the one promised. Frustrating and not the first time I've had similar experiences before.

Booked car in for full second service was only part done (oil change and pre warranty check only were done) necessitating a second visit for a subsequent service. Not sure if it was a miscommunication or error
