Following a personal email/video from Gary Chan at Bridgwater, with news of a special deal if i traded in my old mini, I decided to have a look. He and Darren soon found a car that matched my requirements and were extremely helpful. No pressure.

Issues were rectified once Claire became aware. Claire ensured the work was carried out. Claire provided exceptional customer service.

Dropped car off for a service. Later received a call that additional work was needed. Tried to call back on 5 occasions. When I got there single service staff was working flat out yet all other staff not even helping to answer the phone.

Generally satisfied although the last wash/hoover was dire with dust left on the seats, mats not removed so left grit around the edges of the mat on the carpet. Water staining on the bodywork. Far from the usual high standard.
